As main sponsor of the UEFA Europa Leauge, FedEx hosted a week long Innovation Summit in Zurich in 2016 to coincide with the cup final.
This large budget event was designed to give delegates an educational, but unforgettable experience, including the opportunity to watch the cup final from the sponsor's box.
Our role was to provide a creative video and animation team on the ground, creating a rolling programme of video content in response to, and to compliment the activities happening around us.
We deployed a team of two video journalists to this event, both with strong track records of spotting and telling great stories and each able to film, interview and edit on-location. One operative was also an animation and special effects designer.
Having prepared a range of concepts in advance, in consultation with FedEx, we ensured that our team had the permissions in place to start filming as soon as they arrived at the airport.
Over the course of the week, our crew worked both pro-actively and responsively, deploying a portable servo-controlled jib crane to capture aerial shots, ground-level TV cameras and roving reporters.
The team captured and processed content for films and animations delivering the key themes we had identified in advance with FedEx, as well as in-jokes and unexpected content that emerged as the event unfolded.
These were edited on-location quickly enough to be used on a rolling basis, as part of the event itself.
The event was declared an unqualified success and FedEx booked us to provide media coverage at the 2017 final in Stockholm.
As a registered supplier to BBC news, we are required to provide operatives capable of being deployed to anything from a major tourist event to an armed police seige.
Our crews must be able to research the story, script, film, photograph, present and edit a final piece for use on television the same day.
Over the past year, our crews have been responsible for filming, interviewing and editing at the Tour De Yorkshire, Sunderland Air Show, Tall Ships Race and the Hadrian’s Wall Live Event.
We were also engaged by the BBC as part of the North East planning team for the Great North Run.
We used our many years of experience on providing content from major events to organise the logistics of regional television coverage, predicting and mitigating problems, before they arose.
For copyright reasons, we are not able to display our work for BBC News here.
The British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists is he eyes, ears and voice of the audiology industry in the UK.
We are in our fourth year, providing media coverage of both live events, and producing video content for the organisation’s developing online training programme.
In May 2017, we launched a new concept in video at the annual congress, filming, editing and broadcasting 15 short videos in two days, during the convention.
In most cases, these were demonstration films, featuring manufacturers showcasing the latest innovations in hearing aid technology, tips from experts, or vox-pops of audiologists answering the question of the day.

The annual 2%ers conference in the UK is a gathering of the country’s most motivated employees, by invitation only. Since 2015, we have been working with The Art of Brilliance to film the event and generate creative content that will engage audiences with its main themes.
At the event, we interview speakers, film workshops and vox pop the audience. We then produce a series of short (30 to 90 second) videos over the course of the day, featuring activities and clips from seminars illustrating key concepts. These are edited, postproduced, branded and broadcast on social media on location.
Overnight, we produce a longer film of the event, including graphics and animation, which is sent to delegates.
Longer format films for individual speakers are produced over the following two weeks.
Our photo and video solutions start at £450 per day, but every job is different. Talk to us about your project and we will give you an honest set of options with a full breakdown of costs.
